Dr. Neil B. Palkhiwala

With over 12 years of experience, Dr. Neil Palkhiwala has been at the forefront of advanced gastroenterology and hepatology, offering expert care across a wide spectrum of conditions.

Trained in advanced endoscopic procedures, he is an expert in ERCP and Therapeutic EUS, and routinely performs a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies such as variceal band ligation, stricture dilatation, PEG tube insertion, complex polypectomies, EMR, ESD, POEM, manometry (esophageal and anorectal), capsule endoscopy, and gastric balloon placement for obesity management.

His special interests include advanced hepatobiliary endoscopy, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and chronic liver diseases.

Dr. Palkhiwala completed his MBBS and MD in Internal Medicine from NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, and pursued his DM in Gastroenterology at the prestigious Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Udupi. He further sharpened his skills by earning the MRCP (SCE) in Gastroenterology from the Royal College of Physicians, UK.
